1.1 In-Person Assessment

  • Physical & mental assessment data
  • Medical history & current medications(as relevant to health and fitness goals)
  • Personal data relating to health and fitness goals (employment status, travel schedule, personal preferences with routine, current barriers and limitations to progress)

1.2 Digital Platforms

We use Trainerize and MyFitnessPal to collect:

  • Exercise tracking data
  • Nutritional intake information
  • Body weight measurements
  • Wearable device data (e.g., Apple Watch)
  • Step count
  • Sleep duration
  • Heart rate
  • Other fitness-related metrics

1.3 Google Drive Storage

We securely store the following sensitive documents:

  • Medical records
  • Medication lists
  • Personal health goals
  • Assessment documents

1.4 Payment Information

  • Payment details collected via Stripe
  • Transactional information necessary for service billing

1.5 Website Cookies

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
